    Minor Compliance

    By using the Site, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age. Minors under the age of 18 may not use this site. Ultimate Hookah will not sell anyproducts on this site to anyone under the age of 18. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of legal age of 18. It is illegal to misrepresent your age. Ultimate Hookah cannot be held responsible for minors purchasing tobacco or tobacco related products illegally.

    Ordering

    Placing your order with Ultimate Hookah constitutes an offer, which Ultimate Hookah reserves the right to reject or approve at its discretion. No contract will arise until Ultimate Hookah has accepted your offer by approving your order.

    Shipping Policy

    Orders generally ship the same day they are placed with a cutoff time of 3:30pm PST. Many orders that come in after the cutoff time will still go out same day until 5pm PST. This is regarding orders to be shipped within the United States. International orders may take 2 days to ship and will cost more than the standard shipping rate on your order. You will recieve an email asking your permission to charge extra shipping before we charge your card and process your order. Ultimate Hookah uses fedex as the prefered shipping method and in some case may choose the United Postal Service.
